In 2016, 92,000 people, including 15,600 families with their children, were able to carry out their holiday project thanks to the "Aid to Vacation Projects" – DR: ANCV
Every year, the National Agency for Holiday Vouchers (ANCV) allocates funding to various devices to facilitate the departure of people in difficulty on holidays and to help renovate tourist accommodations engaged in a social project.
This funding comes solely from its surplus management.
In 2016, they helped 252,000 people, and 13 tourist facilities benefited from these various devices, for a budget of 26.6 million euros.
Among these social actions are the "Assistance to Vacation Projects" (APV), which aim to bring people in social and economic fragility, including families, to build and carry out a project "holidays", through the support partner structures (associations, charitable and public organizations) and co-financing of the ANCV.
In 2016, 92,000 people, including 15,600 families with their children, were able to realize their holiday project thanks to this device.
"35% of beneficiaries of the program had never gone on vacation before and 60% were without salary income," said the ANCV in a statement. "53% of them lived in priority territories, whether it was city policy or support for rural areas".
